She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Cortez and Sheryl Cortez; and her brother Douglas Jacks. She is survived by: her husband Clinton Sizuela, Sr.; her sons, Clinton, Jr., Triston, Preston and Houston; and her siblings, Amanda Cortez, Spencer of Stockton and Stanley Jacks of Stockton.
