He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Mayhew. He is survived by: his son Chad Mayhew; his daughter-in-law Laura Mayhew; his wife Patty Mayhew; his son Brett; his sister Judy Johnson; and his father Edward Mayhew.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at the Sun City Lincoln Hills Orchard Creek Lodge (965 Orchard Creek Ln, Lincoln, CA 95648).
