He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Elmer" Doyel and Lillian Mae Doyel; his stepmother Nellie; and his children, Sharon Walker, Daron Doyel, Emerson Doyel and Cathy Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Johnson. He is also survived by 2 daughter-in-laws, 10 Grandchildren, 27 Great-Grandchildren, 11 Great-Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
