He is survived by: his significant other Vivian Lewis; his daughter Shannon Lewis; his stepchild Lindi Lewis; his siblings, Mike (Tammy), Robert, Craig (Joe), Rick (Mary), Doug (Rose), Janice (Donna) and Lori (Leonard); and his great grandchildren, Laylah, Graham, Rylee and Grayson.
