He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixon Harrell and Betty Jo Harrell; his son Kevin; and his brother Rick. He is survived by: his daughter Stacy of Gardnerville, Nevada; his wife Susie; his grandson Brock of Visalia; his daughter-in-law Kenille of Visalia; his sister Sheila King (John) of Reedley; his aunts, Pat Eliseo of Santa Maria and Carlyn Ashlock of Oregon; his siblings-in-law, Mary Revland (Jerry) of Texas and Jack Dooley; his nephews, Rick Harrell of Clovis, Scott Harrell (Veronica) of Fresno, Shane King (Susie) of Reedley, Jeff Revland (Tracy) of Texas and Rick Revland of Texas; and his niece Lisa Bissett (Brian) of Fresno.
