It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suellen Yates in Lancaster, California, born in Glendale, California, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son David; her sister Elizabeth; and her parents, Frank Rountree and Czarina Rountree. She is survived by: her husband David Yates; her sister Cynthia Valdivia; and her nieces and nephews, Cynthia Kipp (Jerry), Rachel Dailey, Dr. Richard Bermudes (Katrina), Frank (Randy) and Bermudes (Althea). She is also survived by three great nieces and four great nephews.
