She is survived by: her children, Daniel Lee Fisher, Steven Leroy Fisher, William Arthur Fisher and Sherrie Lynn Fisher (Titus); and her brothers, Bruce Seymour and Guy F. Seymour. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Grandchildren.

Donations can be made in Shirley's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
