He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; his parents, Pete Van Splinter and Mary; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his son Roger; his daughter-in-law Tammy of Lancaster, CA; his son Gregg; his daughter-in-law Tiffani of Falls Church, VA; his sister-in-law Nancy O'Rourke of New Jersey; his grandchildren, Heather, Risa, Neil and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Kinsley and Calista.
