He is survived by: his grandmother Bertha Warren; his wife Ruby; his brother Kevin Austell (Jenita) of Lancaster; and his children, Chondra Singleton of Moreno Valley, Khalilah Durias of Oxnard and Devin Nathaniel Austell of Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
