He was predeceased by: his daughter Rashaun Lynette Bell; his siblings, John White, Twin, Terry Lee Bell, Ricky Bell, Patricia Lafaye Bell and Yvonne Cherise Bell; and his uncle Luther Armstrong.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Newman-Bell; his daughters, Annunciata Lafaye Bell-Scott (Edward Sean Scott Sr) of Victorville, CA, Matrishica Anne Bell of Jacksonville, FL, Rakeshia Lashaun Bell and Anne-Marie Elizabeth Bell of Lancaster, CA; his grandchildren, Annuncia, Eboni, Shania, Edward Jr. Kiara, Ajah, Joseph, Kingston and Johr'dan; and his siblings, Thomas Roark, Carey Bell and Phyllis Odom. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
