He is survived by: his children, Kevin Michael (Carol), Shelley Ann and Sherry Mae; his wife Katherine "Katie" Faris; his son Kenny (Kelli); his grandchildren, Melanie (Eric), Daniel (Dave), Derek (Kelsey), Michael (Alex), Courtney (Steve), Shannon (John), Brittany, Jordan, Brady and Jarrod; and his siblings, Lee (Martha) and Louise (Doyle).
