She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Rapp; her parents, Harold Bitting and Naomi Bitting (Reeser); and her brothers, William and Robert Bitting.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy J. Bilansky (Stephen G. Bilansky) of Reading and Kim L. Delancey (Eugene S. DeLancey) of Oley; her grandchildren, Nicole Stickler, Ian Delancey and Natalie Bilansky; and her great grandchild Liam Stickler.
