She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Self and Harriet Self. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Haas; her sons, Gregory (Marlyn) of Petaluma, CA, Jeffrey (Karen) of Peoria, AZ, Keith (Stephanie) of Whitefish, MT and Kenneth (Brooke) of Lancaster, CA; and her brother Lee Self of Mesa, AZ.
