It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Ruth Ketchum (Lancaster, California), born in New Carlisle, Ohio, who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Ida Ruth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ida Ruth farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Davidson and Raymond Davidson. She is survived by: her sons, Phillip (Tangee) of Lancaster and Brian of Lancaster; her granddaughters, Crysta of Lancaster and Sheyenne (Jared) of Phoenix, AZ; and her sister-in-law Alice Davidson of New Carlisle, OH. She is also survived by 1 great-grandson, and 9 step-great-grandchildren.
