He is survived by: his children, Charles Staggs Jr. (Karen), Wanda Bowes (Steven) and Vicki Stoiloff (John); and his grandchildren, Brian, Traci (Sean Staggs), Christopher (Kevin Bowes), Tressa and Joseph (John Lee Stoiloff). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
