He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carmelo Scaglione and Giacomina Scaglione; his children, Tony and Angela; his grandchildren, Jessica, Anthony, Sean and Christina; and his great grandchildren, Natalie and Levi. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Heart Association in Charlie's name.
