She was predeceased by: her son Keith; and her granddaughter Tabitha. She is survived by: her significant other Phillip P. Hawke; her children, Julie (Reggie) and Sidney "Guy"; her grandchildren, Phyllis (Donny), Regina (Jerry), Ryan, Trevor, Alyssa, Jenna, Tiffany (Brent), Tosha (Tony), Tyler (Emma), Somer (Vinnie), Ashley (Chris), Chelby, Brandon (Megan), Keith, Andrea, Kari, Jeff and Jeremy; and her brother Ernie (Carmen). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews other family members and friends.
