She is survived by: her husband David Los Banez; her children, Danica Murillo (Thomas) of Arizona and David Andrew Los Banez (Jacqueline) of Mississippi; her grandchildren, Thomas "Butchie" Murillo and Dana Los Banez; and her siblings, Alfredo De Guzman, Rodolfo De Guzman and Veronica Umali.
