He is survived by: his children, Becky and Melissa; his wife Cathy; his son Tommy Bernard (Sally); his grandchildren, Tanner, Hannah, Hailey Bernard, Max Bernard, Mark A. and Jaidyn Shaylor; his sister Jeannine Cox; his nieces, Lynette Johnson, Val Brush, Yolanda Ambrosek, Arlys Cupp and Tonya Lauer; his close friends, John Speck, Pastor David, Merinda Kahle and Tapainga Kahle; and also, Becky Bernard and Melissa Shaylor (Mark).
