She was predeceased by: her parents, Toma Mona and Wardiya Akoo. She is survived by: her children, Jalal, Kamal, Wahida, Katrina, Bernadette, Basima, Salwa and Mona. She is also survived by 34 Grandchildren 45 Great-Grandchildren.
