She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Northrop and Fern Northrop (Logan); her husband Del; her son Derek; and her siblings, Elda Northrop and Denny Northrop.

She is survived by: her former spouse Delano Martin; her sister Myrna Hinz (Myron) of Emporia, KS; and her nieces and nephews, Terry Sigmund (Don) of Lenexa, KS, Rick Hinz (Bess) of Andover, KS, Michael Hinz (Christy) of Lehigh Acres, FL and Randy Hinz of Wichita, KS.
