She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Champlin and Medford Champlin; and her husband John Stanko. She is survived by: her former husband William "Bill" L. Hultman; and her sons, William "Bill" Hultman (Lisa), Steven Hultman (Beth) and Medford Hultman. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
