He is survived by: his sons, Ross and Grant; his stepchildren, Matthew and Stephanie; his stepgrandchildren, Parker and Reid; and his parents, Carroll and Gladys.

A private family gathering will be held, and the family requests any donations be made to the Clearlake Rotary Club, PO Box 549, Clearlake, CA 95422.
