He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Josie Klingaman and Kenneth Klingaman of Chadron; his wife Phyllis; his children, Kris, Marc and Jill; his children-in-law, Diane and Steve; his grandchildren, Kristin (Mike), Shannon, Taylor and Josef; and his great grandchild Madeline Rae. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
