He is survived by: his daughter Quinn; the parent of his child Cari; his parents, Christine Kettenhofen and Mark Kettenhofen; his siblings, Greggory Campbell (Kim), Garrett Campbell (Melissa), Brandy Morris and Gavin Campbell; and his nieces and nephews, Bryce Campbell, Brenna Girardi (Bryan), Olivia Lee, PJ Campbell, Emmett Morris, Hayden Campbell, Carter Campbell and David Campbell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
