It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Foster Nugent (Laguna Woods, California), who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Stephen Hall; and her parents, Monroe Foster and Myrtle Foster (Dunks). She is survived by: her husband Burns Nugent; her children, Lee Nugent Hall and Peter Nugent; her daughter-in-law Karen Nugent; her grandchildren, Lisa, Lindsay and Katie; and her stepgranddaughter Kristina. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
