He is survived by: his wife Mary "Tina" Hurley (Martinek); his daughter Michael Hurley (Julie) of Laguna Niguel, CA; his siblings, Tom Germata (Margaret), Ted Germata (Katie) and Carole Dumont; his son Mark Hurley; his grandson Jamie Hurley; and also, Thomas (Megan) of Cameron, NC, Elizabeth Sookarry (Sharma) of Danville, IL, David (Katie) of Danville, IL, Jeff (Brandi) of Danville, IL, Paul Hurley of Danville, IL, James (Jenna) of Danville, IL. and Mary Beth Murphy. He is also survived by father, brother, and grandfather.
