He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy; and his father Archie Curtis. He is survived by: his sons, Tony Curtis, Jr. (Keira) and Stephen Curtis (Ashley); his grandchildren, Ann, Macy, Haden, Caris and Caine; his mother Wanda Campbell; and his brothers, Archie Curtis, Jr. (Ruthie) and Michael Curtis (Pamela). He is also survived by extended family & friends.
