He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Kahl and Frank Kahl; his sister Kay McHugh; his children, Richard (Mary), Gregory, Christopher (Maria) and Lisa (Benedict); his grandchildren, Tiffany Lawson, Ryan Kahl, Travis Kahl, Karcyn Kahl, Alyssa Kahl, Eileen Waters, Alexandra Kahl Wilson, Eamon Waters and Jade Kahl; his great grandchildren, Lily Lawson, Kayden Kahl, Wyatt Lawson, Hazel Kahl and Rohin Kahl; his wife Joan Stephens; his son James; and his brother Joe.
