He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smet and Mable Smet (Danen); and his son Brian. He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Cook-Danehart); and his children, Kevin Smet (Madison Wisconsin), Sheri (Smet), Trest (Hernando Mississippi), Christine (Smet), Quigley (Green Bay Wisconsin), Dawn Danehart and Terri Wray (Bowling Green Missouri). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, family members and friends.
