He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Agnes Roth; his father-in-law Joe; his daughter Roberta DePillo; his grandsons, Jeremy and Brian; his son David DePillo (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jenna (Kyle) and Joey (Christine); his son Gary DePillo; and his granddaughters, Rachel, Rebecca and Amanda. He was also cherished by three children, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He had a home in Baja Mexico on the Sea of Cortez and was actively involved with "Fishin' for the Mission," a charity fishing tournament for rural children's education.
