He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, John Perak (Debora) and Kelly Lutes (David); his grandchildren, Abby, Charlotte and Maxwell; his stepchild Christian Andersen (Elaine); his stepgrandson Evan; his stepson Sean Andersen (Jessica); his stepgrandchildren, Foster, Josie, Norah, Aislin and Kari Harris (late Eric); and also, Michael, Grace and Claire.
