He is survived by: his wife Patricia Higgins (Paddy); his children, James Craig Higgins (Elizabeth) and Tiffany Ann Liscio (William); his stepchildren, Cory Stratford Garvin (Ann Marie) and Kelly Michel Garvin; his grandchildren, Kole, Mason, Grace and Benjamin; and his siblings, Kenneth Higgins, Carol, Linda and Elaine.
