It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Mitnick of Laguna Hills, California, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elanie Lezerson Lachar and Joseph Lachar; and her son Bruce Mitnick. She is survived by: her husband Sidney Mitnick; her daughter Wendy Mitnick Cohen (Johnny O'Brien); her brother Michael Lachar; her sister-in-law Carol Lachar; and her grandchildren, Sara Lieberman (Alex Lieberman), Evan Cohen, Ethan Cohen, Joshua Mitnick, Lucy O'Brien and Sydney Mara Lieberman.
