She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Gieg; her son Robert Gieg; her daughter-in-law Renee Gieg; her grandson Jason Gieg; her parent Alberta Bright (Thompson); and her sisters, Dorothy Sattler, Joan Howe and Shirley Lundgren.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Gieg (Diane), Linda Fedewa (Stan), Dianne Slattery (Jeff) and Mike Gieg; and her grandchildren, Mike Pollock, Pat Fedewa (April), David Maria (Shannon), Dan Fedewa (Angie), Jennifer Fox (Jamie), Marc Gurlin, Karen Powell (Federico), Robert Fedewa (Alexis), Nick Fedewa (Brittany), Danielle Korsmo (Ben), Christiana Altimari (Nathan), Logan Slattery (Candace) and Jenessa Slattery. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, and many extended family members and friends.
