He is survived by: his children, Vicki Blackwood and China; his brother Ken Kunkel; his sons, Justin Blackwood and Chris Blackwood; and his grandchildren, Bennett, Henry and Dylan Blackwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that any donations be made to: COPEC (Community Outreach Program for Exceptional Children) which brings alternative therapy methods to special needs children in the Bay Area regardless of socioeconomic status or backgrounds.
