He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Forrest; his children, Kristen Trisko (David), Scott Westphal (Sarah) and Tracy Westphal (John Cain); his grandchildren, Jessica Trisko, Melissa Trisko, Kevin Trisko, Hailey Westphal, Charlie Westphal, Emily Cain, Erin Cain and Abigail Cain; his siblings, James Westphal, Jim and Caryl; and his child Van Buren Ave.
