He was predeceased by: his parents, O'Neal Dyer and Margaret Dyer; his sisters, Marva Foster and Ollie Dyer; and his nephew Keith Foster.
He is survived by: his son Andrew Thaxton Dyer of Oakland, CA.; his grandson Carter Taylor-Dyer of Oakland, CA.; his sister Joyce Dyer-Hackett of Bullhead City, AZ.; his nephews, Keenan David Foster (Kim) of Oakland, CA., Naru Satir Kwina (Jora) of Oakland, CA. and Armond Edward Dorsey of Los Angeles, CA.; his niece Alana Joyce Gambrell of Bullhead City, AZ.; his great-niece Najorae Trang Kwina of Oakland, CA.; his uncle Shelley Dyer of Sacramento, CA.; his aunts, Eloise Dyer of Sacramento, CA., Mary Lee Jacob of Richmond, CA., Enola Parker of Oakland, CA. and Ivory Morrison (Carolyn Finn) of Sugar Land, TX.; his friends, Kelley and Lewis; and his cousin Marcus Dyer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
As we face this precarious pandemic where we are not able to be together as we once were, gather or travel with ease, we would be amiss to not extend our appreciation.
