Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Celia Pachico of Lafayette, California, who passed away at the age of 99, on April 18, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Sangmaster and Fred Clair Sangmaster. She is survived by: her stepsons, Steve and David (Dorien); her daughter-in-law Nancy; her grandchildren, Amber, Jenifer, Matt, Sheena and Zachary; her son Douglas (Jacqueline Ashby) of Portland, Oregon; her grandchildren, Daniel (Bethy) of Pendleton, Oregon, Elyssa (Edgar Mazo) of Medellin, Colombia, Julianne (Nick Bradley) of Norwich, England and Thomas of Portland, Oregon; and her great grandchildren, Peregrine and Benjamin. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

She lived with them during the Covid epidemic, but as soon as she was vaccinated, she returned home to Morro Bay.
