With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hsin Sen Chu (Lafayette, California), who passed away on June 7, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Chaug-Ing Hsu (Ingrid); his children, Jiun-Haw Chu and Rong-Shiuan Chu; his grandchildren, Terrance, Adalynn, Luna and Jamison; and his siblings, Liang Chuan, Liang Chih, Chun-Mei and Shu-Mei. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
He became a respected professor at National Chiao Tung University, guiding many students who made significant contributions to Taiwan's mechanical engineering field.
