He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Payne and Edna Payne; his sisters, Marjorie, Barbara and Cathy; and his grandson Benjamin.
He is survived by: his sister Dixie; his wife Lois; his daughters, Nancye (Tom), Julie and Claudia (Ron); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Madison (Sunny), Natalie (Mitchell), David (Kerry), Thomas (Lauren) and Aaron (Therese); and his great grandchildren, Jayce, Jayden, Kyla, Benjamin and Ethan.
