He is survived by: his wife Ana; his brother John DeCosta; his children, James DeCosta (Linda), Diane Stackhouse, Miriam Aurelio (Eric), AdelineOjeda, Frank DeCosta III (Marleen), Susan DeCosta and ErnestDeCosta (Linda); and also Mejia (Jose). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
