He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sophia Russell; his daughters, Jacquelyn Wood (Russell), Dena Ekelem (Benson) of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Tiffany Russell of Alexander City, AL.; and his grandchildren, Christiana "Chrissy" Ekelem, Asia Ore, Daniel Ekelem, David Ekelem, Hannah Ekelem and Danielle Russell. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
