He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Marie Bird; his sons, Jerry Culver (Carla), John Culver and Curt Culver; his brother Bob Culver (Ginny); and his sister-in-law Donna Culver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
