He was predeceased by: his brothers, Peter, Paul and Philip. He is survived by: his wife Gina; his children, Jesse (Crystal), Cory (Kellie), Cody (Taylor) and Dominique (Matt); and his sister Susan (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
