He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Tulagan and Theresa Tulagan; and his sister Violeta Tulagan. He is survived by: his wife Perla Tulagan; his children, Gustper N. Tulagan, Agustin Thunder N. Tulagan and Gustpearl N. Tulagan; and his siblings, Francisco Tulagan, Ric Tulagan, Estefania Tulagan and Randa Tulagan. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
