He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jessie "Marguerite" Higgs and Paul Burns Sr. Paul; his brother Raymond Burns; his wife Norma Williamson; his children, Paul Burns (Breanna) and Jeri Burns (Brad) of La Mesa, CA; his grandchildren, Nicole Curtis (Zane) of La Jolla, CA, Jennifer Conlon, Chelsea Burns of Tualatin, OR, Kristy Alvarado of La Mesa, CA and Josh Hickey of Tualatin, OR; and his great grandchildren, Isla, Zoe, Naomi Curtis and Mya Alvarado.
In lieu of flowers, Paul requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
