He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James D. Culp and Lois Julia Culp; his wife Adrienne; and his children, Tina (Thomas Barton), Mark (Kelly) and Matthew (Rosemary Duran). He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
