He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Levy and Ruth Levy (Broderick); and his brother David Levy. He is survived by: his son Court Levy; his wife Frances Levy; his daughter-in-law Amy Levy; his brother Dana Levy of Oklahoma; his sisters-in-law, Melba Summers and Mary Bush of Santee, CA; and his grandchildren, Kellen Levy, Tyrese Levy, Jeffrey Levy, Joyce Levy, Sarah Levy and Edward Levy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
