She is survived by: her husband Edwin; her children, Dwight, Kirke and Katherine (Fait); and her sister Patricia Joiner. She is also survived by her grandchildren. Marian was preceded in death by her husband and four siblings.

She will be interred at Miramar National Cemetery with her husband Ed.Memorial donations may be made to La Jolla Presbyterian Church.
